Appointment Pricing

These prices reflect both in office, and telephone consultations. The time spent “checking-in” beforehand, and “checking- out” after do not count towards these minutes.

If you have a certain budget/time-frame in mind, please be sure to mention this either while booking your appointment OR during check in. We will do our best to honor this as much as possible.

Certain appointments by nature, take longer than others. When booking your appointment, we will be able to give you an estimate on how long your specific appointment MIGHT take. However, this is subject to change depending on individual needs once the appointment starts
Appointments by time:
1-15 Minutes - $60.00
16-30 Minutes - $120.00
31-45 Minutes - $180.00
46-60 Minutes - $240.00
(After 60 minutes there may be additional charges, based on time).
New Patient up to 90 Minutes - $250.00
(After 90 minutes there may be additional charges)
Additional Charges:
Responding to lengthy emails that may or may not require multiple courses of action outside of your treatment plan (lab slips or a change in prescription) may incur a $45.00 minimum charge.
If you cancel an appointment, and subsequently require a refill before you have been seen, there may be a $45.00 charge.
Please Note :
*If you run out of a current prescribed medication before you have had the appropriate labs and appointment needed to refill, we will prescribe ONE 30- day supply. After that time you will need to ensure that your labs and appointment are scheduled before we can re-prescribe. Any additional refills outside an appointment incur the $45.00
*Missed appointments or appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may incur a $60.00 fee as this time was reserved for you.
